This Privacy Policy describes how Clockd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Clockd mobile app and related services (the “Service”). Clockd is operated by an independent developer.

Summary: Clockd helps you evaluate products using photos, barcodes, and text you submit. Scan history is stored on your device. Cloud analysis sends your inputs to our backend and to AI and lookup providers. We use Supabase for sign-in and usage limits. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you provide: Account email and password (via our auth provider), images, barcodes, and text for analysis.
Automatic collection: Usage counts and plan tier tied to your account for daily limits.
On your device: Analysis results are stored locally until you clear them in Settings.
Cloud analysis: When signed in, images, text, and mode (Save/Flip) may be sent to Supabase Edge Functions and Google Gemini. Barcodes may be sent to Open Food Facts.
Third parties: Supabase, Google (Gemini), Open Food Facts, and our hosting providers each have their own policies.
Retailer links: The app may open third-party stores in your browser; some links may include affiliate parameters.
Children: Not directed to children under 13.
Your rights: Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information. Contact us at garrett.spoor@yahoo.com.
